but before we run out to look at properties, we'll spend some time discussing the entire home-buying process, including what you expect from me, your Nashville TN REALTOR®.

Where is your job located? What are your hobbies? What do you do for recreation? Do you have special considerations such as schools, transportation, churches, shopping, etc? Why are you moving? What do you really like about your current home? What do you dislike about it? What would your ideal home look like?
We'll also discuss your financial qualifications for buying a home, including income, debts and liquidity. We'll need to know how much you will put down on your home purchase to determine what type of mortgage will best suit your needs. We'll be able to refer you to a reputable lender who will be able to assist you during this process. They will be able to pre-approve you for a loan so you don't fall in love with a house you can't afford.
We'll discuss my responsibility to you as your "buyer's agent" and the importance of having a signed Buyer's Representation agreement.
This buyer's consultation will provide you with all you need to know prior to looking for that perfect home.
